The low cost operators are now flying to either Bourgas or Varna from most of the major UK airports.
We have two lovely villas nestling in the Almond hills close to the coast, in the province of Nessebar with its lovely beaches and world heritage site, available to hire for a week to a month during the summer months.
It is the ideal location for a family holiday, couples retreat or active summer holiday. We can collect you from the airport and take you straight to your chosen villa (within 25 minutes of Bourgas and 90 minutes of Varna airports – and only 3 hours flight time from the UK).
Each villa is situated in an enclosed development with a swimming pool on site and cafe’s, supermarkets and Restaurants all within easy walking distance.
Of course there is WiFi connectivity, and towels and linen are provided.
Perched on a hillside overlooking the resort of Sunny beach and coastline of Nessebar is Almond Hills, a small community of privately owned Villas.
Set in gardens bursting with plant life and colour, at the centre of which is a large swimming pool, small pool and sun terrace with chairs and parasols. The area is car free (cars park at one end) and enclosed, accessed by an electronic gate.
At the entrance is a shop and cafe along with the estate office. Within a few hundred metres are a few other restaurants and bars.
Almond Hills is a quiet retreat from the beach which is about 2 km distant. There is a bus stop from the front of Almond Hills with regular buses to town and all the major attractions. Alternatively the shop can order a taxi, so cars are not really necessary.
Villa Rosa is a large 2 bedroom, 2 en suite property set on 2 floors with balconies to the front and rear and from each bedroom. There is a large double in one bedroom (which can convert into a twin) and twin in the other bedroom. There are also 2 additional beds if required. The ground floor is open plan and there is a terrace for outside dining and a garden. The property has hot and cold air conditioning.

Air conditioned throughout the Bungalow sleeps up to 6 adults with two double bedrooms and a double pull-out bed in the lounge. A travel cot is also provided. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one with bath and one with a shower and there is a third toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, and fridge freezer. Make use of the Satellite TV at your leisure and enjoy your own Private Terrace and Garden where you can make use of the barbecue, and sun loungers.
